Brazilian Butt Augmentation with Fat Transfer

A well shaped buttock is necessary if you want to improve overall body contour and look your best in various kinds of outfits including beachwear. The good news is that you can now enhance your posterior without the use of implants. A Brazilian butt augmentation with fat transfer can provide you with curved and rounded buttocks in a natural way. This procedure uses your own fat to enhance your derriere.

Advanced Fat Grafting Procedure for a Butt Lift

If you want to increase butt volume and contour and have surplus fat in areas such as the hips, flanks and thighs, you could be a good candidate for Brazilian butt augmentation. The plastic surgeon would decide on a good donor site after careful evaluating your physique. Minimally invasive liposuction techniques are used to extract the excess fat from the donor site, after which is processed to remove impurities. The fat grafts are then injected at specific depths and areas in your posterior to boost volume and enhance contour. Effective diagnostic imaging systems allow the surgeon to determine the position for fat placement and also the quantity of fat deposited.

This method is considered a safer and more effective option than implants as no foreign material is inserted in your body. Moreover, it offers the additional benefit of trimming the donor areas with excess fat while providing the patient with fuller, curvier buttocks.

Locate a Reliable Plastic Surgery Practice

This buttock augmentation procedure offers many benefits over the implant method, but you would be able to enjoy the benefits to the fullest only if you have your procedure in the right plastic surgery practice. Make sure that the practice is AAAASF-accredited and that the plastic surgeon there has sufficient experience in performing this surgery. When a right practice is chosen, you could enjoy the following benefits when undergoing Brazilian butt augmentation with fat transfer:

•    Services of expert plastic surgeons and well-trained staff
•    Personalized solutions with end-to-end care
•    Minimal side effects
•    Minimal scarring and discomfort
•    Use of advanced, safe liposuction techniques
•    Faster recovery

Do some research to find the right plastic surgery practice. Ask your primary care physician to recommend a good surgeon or try to talk to people who have undergone the procedure. Look up online directories and the Yellow Pages and shortlist a few plastic surgeons. Check out testimonials, blogs, articles and reviews. Use all this information to choose a surgeon who is skilled and experienced in for the Brazilian butt lift procedure. This would ensure a safe and effective outcome for your cosmetic surgery.

Your buttocks can be made more alluring with new buttock enhancement procedures that are safe as well as very effective. Individuals who desire a beautiful, rounded, and firmly shaped posterior can benefit from the Brazilian butt augmentation procedure

A Chin Implant Can Produce a Dramatic Improvement in Facial Profile

In plastic surgery, cheek implants may be used concurrently with other facial rejuvenation or enhancement techniques such as facelift or rhinoplasty, or as a standalone procedure to produce a desirable aesthetic change which is augmentation or enhancement of the cheek region. High cheek bones (malar bones) can be a desirable trait that not all of us are born with. Furthermore, as part of the aging process, we tend to lose the youthful fullness underneath the cheeks, which can impart a "hollowed" look to the face (this area beneath the cheeks is called the submalar space).

For men, cheek implants placed over the malar bones can create a more masculine, assertive appearance, whereas in women cheek implants can change a long, oval shaped face to a more attractive heart shape. Similarly, submalar implants are used in men and women to fill the concavity or hollowness below the cheeks (called the submalar space), creating a more youthful and energetic appearance.

Cheek implants are inserted through small incisions on the inside of the upper lip, which heal in approximately one week. A relatively minor procedure, cheek implants may be placed using only local anesthesia or with deeper sedation for patient comfort. Most implants are constructed from solid silicone, which adheres to the underlying bone and is very difficult to feel.

While rare, complications may include infection or displacement of the implant requiring removal or repositioning. Over the years the art and science of facial contouring with cheek implants has evolved significantly, and there are many different styles and shapes to choose from. A successful outcome requires choosing the right size and shape of implant, and then placing that implant in the right location.

A small or weak chin, like a disproportionate nose, can affect the overall harmony of a face. Whether done at the time of nasal surgery or facelift surgery, or as a separate procedure, a chin implant can produce a dramatic improvement in facial profile and balance. The implant is inserted generally through a small incision beneath the chin. Plastic surgeons commonly use silastic anatomic shaped chin implants, which produce a very natural look and feel. Occasionally, mersilene mesh style chin implants, which allow in-growth of our own tissue, are custom made for specific patients.

The implant is placed over the bone of the lower mandible, along the border of the chin in a precise pocket. It is then secured in a central position with temporary suture. The procedure can usually be done with local or intravenous anesthesia, and patients are able to return home immediately following chin implant surgery. The chin may be taped for several days to decrease swelling. Pain is generally minimal, and most patients return to work within several days to one week.

Side effects include mild swelling and numbness around the chin which is temporary. The rate of long term complications with a chin implant, such as infection or malposition, is extremely low and patients report very high long- term satisfaction with this relatively minor procedure.

Advantage of Laser Treatment for Acne Scars

Skincare products only reach the surface of the skin, and cannot always change the skin’s behavior. You may be able to shrink pores and reduce inflammation temporarily, but if you have severe acne, the problem lies deeper within the skin’s surface.
Laser treatment for acne scars is the answer for millions of those who have constant acne outbreaks. When antibiotics and acne creams fail to bring you desired results, the best option is laser. Laser cuts at the bacteria that's responsible for acne growth and gives an instantly better effect. Its given hope to all those who have battled with constant acne outbreak and usual treatment forms are not bringing in results.

When ablative laser is used for acne treatment, short light pulses are directed at the acne scars, but while this process goes on there is a little damage to the surrounding healthy skin area. In case of superficial acne scars, the use of carbon dioxide lasers has brought about 50 percent to 80 percent improvement.

Once treatment is completed, there is a significant improvement in skin appearance. The skin texture improves and there is significant change in the look and feel of the skin. Your confidence levels boost significantly as now you don't have to hide yourself behind layers of makeup. The time taken for the surgery to be carried out is also minimal. This form of laser treatment for acne scars will not only help to remove the acne scars that you have on your face, but it is also used to remove acne scars that outbreak in other parts of the body such as your chest or arms.

Once you have done laser treatment, you can get rid of messy job of applying creams. This means, you no longer need applying creams everyday to notice all the desired changes in your face tomorrow. Additionally, laser treatment not only shows positive results, it also shows long lasting results. Those with oily skin will find laser treatment highly effective because the first thing that the laser light attacks is the sebaceous glands that are responsible for excessive skin oil. Skin texture is not just smooth, it's also clear. Those having really oily skin will feel quite relieved as a result of undergoing laser. Laser treatment is non invasive and the side effects are very minimal.

Arm Lift Surgery Guidance from Dr. Brian Evans

Cosmetic surgery involves techniques intended for the "enhancement" of appearance through surgical and medical techniques, and is specifically concerned with maintaining normal appearance, restoring it, or enhancing it beyond the average level toward some aesthetic ideal.

An arm lift, or Brachioplasty, is a surgical procedure that reshapes the under portion of the upper arm, from the underarm region to the elbow. The procedure is performed to reduce excess sagging skin that droops downward, Tighten and smooth the underlying supportive tissue that defines the shape of the upper arm, reduce localized pockets of fat in the upper arm region.

Benefits of Arm Lift Surgery: Reduction in upper arm excess, Better self image/confidence, being able to wear short sleeve clothing without being self conscious

Risks of Brachioplasty: Bleeding, Infection, Unattractive scarring, Swelling of the hands, Seroma formation (seromas are fluid collections that can arise after surgery along the incision line)

Side effects: Pain and sensitivity in the incision area, Inability to lift arms past a certain point, Fatigue, Itching of incision sites.

Minimize the Arm Lift Surgery Side Effects: To minimize side effects, follow your surgeon's advice regarding healing time. For the first 24 hours following surgery, it's important to have someone stay with you and act as a caregiver. Be sure to rest, take all medications as prescribed and heed your doctor's warning about when to resume light and heavy activities including lifting and exercise.

All kinds of surgery come with some risks and complications. The same goes with the arm lift surgery. After the surgery, the most noticeable side effect would be the swelling of your incision wounds. You will be required to wear a post operative compression garment to ensure proper healing and to minimize the swelling. Infection can be another complication of arm lift but it can be easily avoided if you follow your doctor's instructions of your prescription medicines.
